Please Take Note: The test is just around the corner and I'm proud of your efforts up to this point. We've done a practice exam (2001) and the results were positive. I think all of us need to work on our retention of statistics, specific examples and organization. The free responses are difficult because they force you to analyze, write and articulate w/in such a short time period. This is why it's critical you have understandings of global issues beyond the general, and you are actually able to apply specific examples, models and geographers to specific regions of the world. One more note of concern: please review at home, as well as in class. WE've done a nice job of bringing to light new issues and new information in class, but you need to keep working at home as well. One week and counting...
