Your feedback as an exiting employee is important in helping us improve the campus work environment. The following exit interview is one way that we identify areas of strength and improvement in our work environment at GCC. While you are not required to answer any or all of the questions, we hope you will take time to provide us with your comments and observations. We value your responses and hope that your feedback will help us make GCC the best possible work environment.

Your responses to this survey will be kept confidential by Employee Resources and will not affect your future employment nor become part of your official personnel file. Individual results will not be shared with your supervisor or department. When appropriate, cumulative data in a tabulated format such as statistics and/or graphs may be shared with Deans, Directors, and other Administrative Officials.
