Welcome to the home page for the Ocotillo
Learning Group (formerly the Online Learning Group). The name change follows
from a recent transition in the Ocotillo framework. When the ONLINE Learning
Group began, its purpose was to provide district online instructors with access
to current information and practice in the world of online learning. The
presentation topics evolved to include those not just related to online learning
but to ALL learning. Thus, the name change to OCOTILLO Learning Group implies
that we will provide district instructors with access to current information and
practice related to learning technologies as well as Ocotillo Research and
Development group activities and products. The metaphor we plan to use is that
of an ice cream truck delivering delectable treats and sweets to you both
in-person, online, and (unlike ice cream) completely calorie free!
